Indoor sports:hall athletics sessions take place at the Granby Sport and Play Development Centre at Harrogate High School. Qualified and experienced coaches deliver a full programme of Sports:Hall Athletics, which includes the Agility Challenge Decathlon.

Wednesday Evenings - term time only

7 - 10 year olds (school year 2,3,4,& 5) 6.30 pm - 7.30 pm
10 - 13 year olds (school year 6,7,& 8) 7.30 pm - 8.30 pm

These athletics sessions have been held successfully for several years now and continue to be popular with budding athletes in the district.

Boroughbridge

Sports:hall athletics sessions are also held at Boroughbridge Leisure Centre for 8 to 14 year olds on Wednesdays at 5.45pm - 6.45pm. Please contact reception on 01423 323505 for further details.

Nidderdale

Sports:hall athletics sessions are also held at Nidderdale Pool and Leisure Centre for 8 to 14 year olds on Mondays at 5.00pm - 6.00pm. Please contact reception on 01423 711442 for further details.

Athletics Summer Camps

Athletics coaching camps are held during the summer holidays at the Granby Sport and Play Development Centre at Harrogate High School, Boroughbridge Leisure Centre and Ripon Leisure Centre giving young people the opportunity to participate in athletics activities in a safe and fun atmosphere.

Harrogate Athletics Development Group

A development group has been set up to take the development of athletics forward in the district. Involvement in the group will ensure that you are heard and have a say in how funding for athletics in the area is accessed and allocated.
