Green Man plaques are hidden among trees and flowerbeds for
children to find.

- the Tourist Information Centre, Minster Road, Ripon
So if you simply want to sit a while, the children can let off steam, never out of sight, and complete the trail. Of course, adults can join in too if they wish!
