Photographer Tessa Bunney lived for a short time in Vietnam.
She traveled to the suburbs and villages around Hanoi, exploring
the lives of women workers in places where foreigners seldom
visit.

Retrospective exhibition of one of Britain's
greatest and most original artists,
made possible by the closure of the Watts Gallery
for restoration.
Over 80 works explore all facets of Watts' work,
including portraits, landscapes and engagement with social
issues.

Graphic art show of over 80 prize winning works by
illustrators working in different areas, from children's book
design to illustrations for The Guardian newspaper.
Walter Hanlon: Faces from the Fifties
13 September - 8 November
Hanlon showed his photographs of the British jazz scene at the
Mercer in 2004.
Now he's back, with nostalgic images of 1950s stars of sport,
stage and screen, including Dorothy Squires, Dickie Valentine, Jean
Simmons and Godfrey Wynn.

This exhibition runs across both galleries.
George Frederick Watts (1817-1904) was one of Britain's
greatest and most original artists. Over eighty works
explores his artistic output, including portraits, landscapes and
engagement with social issues.This exhibition provides an
opportunity to reassess the output of this extraordinary
artist.
