The Council Administration webpages have information on councillors, committees and their papers, and related local democracy documents such as the Forward Plans of Key Decisions to be made by the Executive.
Tips - throughout the webpages:
- clicking on a highlighted meeting date will take you you its agenda papers, reports and minutes
- clicking on a member's name takes you to his/her personal contact page
Website upgrade
From Monday 17 November 2008, the council administration website is being upgraded. This may affect the availability of the pages for the rest of the week.

What's included
The council administration webpages include information on:
- councillors, their contact details, wards and memberships (direct email links are provided)
- political groups on the council
- wards - if you do not know which councillor/s represent the ward you live in, please use the My Property feature.
Cabinet and committees
- from the link Cabinet and Committee Information you will find details of memberships and meetings for Cabinet, committees, scrutiny commissions and working groups - click on the name of the body
- the schedule of all future meetings, most of which are open to the public.
Agenda papers
- in all the Council Administration pages, clicking on a highlighted meeting date will open up the agenda for the meeting.
- From there you can click on View Papers to read, print off or save to your computer, the pdf reports and minutes for each agenda item.
Forward plan
- there are links to the Foward Plan of key decisions to be made by Cabinet and individual Cabinet Members
- use this link to go straight to the Forward Plan pages.
Other Local Democracy Information
- links to other local democracy information, such as elections and the Council's Constitution.
