Francis Frith's Egypt

Amulet in Harrogate Museums Egyptology collection
  An exhibition from Kirklees Community History Service of photographs of some of the wonders of Ancient Egypt, taken by Francis Frith during the 19th century.  Francis Frith was a famous Victorian photographer who travelled around the world taking photographs of tourist scenes.
 
Also on show are photographs taken more recently and a display of beautiful objects from Harrogate's own collection of Egyptology.
