Great Ouseburn Village Hall Club Room

This is a community-led project to convert and extend an existing storage area at Great Ouseburn Village Hall to provide a new club room and improved community facility for the benefit of residents and visitors across the lower Ure valley.

The project is being led by Great Ouseburn Parish Council and the Village Hall Committee with support from Yore Vision through the RMT Rural Target Fund.

 

The Renaissance Market Town Rural Target Fund
 
This project has been selected by Yore Vision as the 2008-09 RMT Rural Target Fund project - a fund which provides targeted financial support to projects over a three year period 2006-2009. 
 
Up to £10,000 is available from Yorkshire Forward for each town in each financial year. Projects must be capital. There is no revenue funding available within the Rural Target Fund RMT. Projects must either be Public Realm or Capital Build Projects. Projects may only apply for up to 50% match funding from Rural Target Fund RMT. At least 50% must come from other sources. Projects must be identified within each town's RMT Business Plan.
