being administered by Yorkshire Forward, Harrogate Borough Council,
Renaissance Knaresborough and Yore Vision (Boroughbridge)

excellent mystery shopping exercise.
This mystery shopping exercise is open to
businesses in:
- Knaresborough
- Boroughbridge
- Ripon
- Pateley Bridge
- Masham
- And the surrounding areas
The benefits of Mystery Shopping are recognised across all
sectors & for a wide range of different purposes &
benefits. You will have your own specific reasons for using this
service & our brief will be based upon your instruction.
Identifying opportunities for better service & increased
customer spend. Our professional Shoppers will help to identify any
pitfalls in areas as diverse as Signage & Internal Marketing to
Safety & Presentation but their main focus will be upon the
interpersonal skills of your Team members.
In the role of Potential or Actual customer our Mystery Caller
will contact your business & provide you with invaluable
feedback as to how their enquiry, complaint etc. was handled.
