You must comply with any conditions attached to an authorisation.
Apply for a licenceYou can apply for a licence by filling in the
hypnotism licence application form. There is no fee for this licence.

You can expect to hear from us normally within 60 days.
ComplaintsIf there are any complaints or appeals on the licence you should
contact us for advice.
We would always advise that in the event of a complaint you contact the trader first, preferably in the form a letter (with proof of delivery). If this method does not work,
if you are located in the UK, Consumer Direct will give you advice. From outside the UK contact the UK European Consumer Centre.
