Direct Debit
You can set up your Direct Debit Instruction online, at any time.
Alternatively, call 01423 556 677 (8.30am-5.00pm Monday-Thursday, 8.30am-4.30pm Friday). Please have your bank account number and sort code ready.
Online payment
Use our online payment service to pay by debit or credit card. Payment can be made using the following cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo and JCB.
Telephone payment line
Use our 24 hour telephone payment line 0845 129 55 99 to pay by debit or credit card.
Home Banking
Payment should be made to sort code: 62-31-10, bank account number: 00000000, quoting your council tax or business rates account number as the payment reference.
Post Office
Pay at any post office to Giro Account Number 600 0320, quoting your council tax or business rates account number. The Post Office will charge a fee and you should allow 10 days for the payment to reach us.
Pay in person
You can pay in person at one of our
offices.
