Shop vacancy rates are monitored on a quarterly basis for the main retail centres in the Harrogate district. The vacancy rates are calculated by dividing the number of vacant shops in an area by the total number of shops available, using data provided by our business rates system.
The quarter three shop vacancy rates (October to December 2022) are now available. Quarter four (January to March 2023) information will be available in April 2023.
