Executive key decisions - the decision notices for officer key decisions are published under the relevant cabinet member meeting details.
Other executive decisions - monthly records of other executive decisions taken by council officers will be published here when they become available. These relate to specific decisions which were delegated to an officer to make by the cabinet or an individual cabinet member.
We also publish details of decisions taken by the Director of Corporate Affairs on applications to list land or property as assets of community value.

A report on delegated decisions taken by the chief planner is submitted to the fortnightly planning committee meetings. The meetings schedule includes agenda papers and reports. These applications complied with council and national planning policy guidance, with conditions attached where necessary. The reasons why any applications were refused are detailed in the reports.
