CBAD (Cyclists Beating Anxiety and Depression)

CBAD is based on a simple idea...that riding our bikes together helps us feel better. If you suffer with anxiety, stress or depression, or maybe you're simply having a tough time of things at the moment, please join CBAD for a ride. The big vision is to create a CBAD cycling community in every town and city across the UK. They help workplaces to build cycling into their Wellbeing Strategy - helping stressed-out employees regain their mental and physical wellbeing. Rides take place from the Stray right in the heart of Harrogate.
