How to book an event area

Three steps to a successful event

  1. You can book online where you will be asked to submit an enquiry.
  2. The team will then evaluate your enquiry and provisionally allocate your dates. At this time you will be informed of the applicable fees related to your event.
  3. You will need to supply Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million), risk assessments, an event management plan, PRS licence (performing rights for the playing of music) etc. Before we can issue you with the legal license, you will be invoiced for the fees which will need to be paid prior to approval given.
