Pay for your garden waste subscription
Our garden waste subscription service is available to everyone in the Harrogate district and provides a simple cost-effective way to dispose of your garden waste without having to take it to a household waste recycling centre.
If you would like to receive fortnightly collections of garden waste you need to subscribe to the service and display a 2023 garden waste licence.
The quickest way to apply for a licence is by using our online subscription form or alternatively contact our customer service team on 01423 500600 (please have your debit/ credit card details ready).
In 2023 the subscription service will run from mid-March until late November and will cost £43.50 for 19 fortnightly collections.
If you don't already have one we will provide you with a 240-litre wheelie bin (or reusable garden waste sacks if your property has restricted access which will be identified when you register).
You can join at any time throughout the season but you will still be required to pay £43.50. If you subscribe early you will benefit from the maximum number of collections.
