Have you been affected by the situation at Copthall Bridge House?

The council has been made aware of the situation at Copthall Bridge House and is keen to support businesses affected in any way it can, particularly in helping businesses find alternative premises. You may be aware that the council recently moved to a new headquarters on Kings Road, this means that we have a number of vacant town centre offices available. Of these Springfield House is the most suitable and we would like to offer the space to businesses who are being vacated from Copthall Bridge House. Springfield House is located within the Harrogate Convention Centre complex and is accessible from the Harrogate Convention Centre entrance three off Kings Road (opposite Cold Bath Road Brewery/Bar).

We can offer space for businesses between 1 and 50 employees and would look to offer temporary licences effective immediately on flexible terms with the primary aim of supporting the businesses affected.

If this opportunity is of interest please email business@harrogate.gov.uk.
