Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Parking charges have been suspended in all Harrogate district off-street car parks. This will allow NHS staff, key workers as well as others to provide essential services, to those that need it the most, during this difficult time. Please continue to follow the latest government advice and ensure any car journeys are for essential purposes only. Motorists must also adhere to parking restrictions such as double yellow lines to ensure they do not cause an obstruction or create a hazard.

North Yorkshire County Council have also made some changes to on-street parking. The latest information can be found on their website.

Jubilee multi storey, Victoria multi storey and West Park multi storey are all closed to the public. This is with immediate effect and will remain closed until further notice. All permits are valid in the remaining open car parks in Harrogate.

Parking in Harrogate town centre has become easier thanks to the launch of AppyParking - a smart parking system that is the first of its kind in the UK.

Users who download the app via App Store or Google Play will see real-time availability of spaces across Harrogate town centre, be able to navigate to the space and pay for a parking session with a single-click.
