Message for all council tenants regarding repairs

Please note our repairs service will be able to take calls for emergency repairs only for at least one day from Monday 19 November 2018.

This is happening because our computer system is going through an essential upgrade. We'll be working on this over the previous weekend but the work will definitely continue for at least one day and may take a little longer. Please do not try to report non-emergency repairs during this time.

We'll send out another message as soon as the service is back to normal.

We're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We'll be doing our best to get things back to normal just as fast as we can.

View your rent account online

If you are a council tenant you can now view your rent account online. You will be able to:

  • view your rent statement
  • check your balance and pay your rent
  • contact us and tell us of a change

Your account details are held securely, so to access them you will need to register or sign in to your My Harrogate account. Once you are signed in, go to the My accounts tab to add access to your rent account. You will need your rent reference number which you will find on your rent statement.
