We will only respond to emergency or urgent calls until further notice. Emergency calls are classed as issues which have caused, or could cause, damage to a property or would impact the health or wellbeing of the occupant. An urgent issue is something that causes significant inconvenience or risks becoming an emergency. You can report an emergency or urgent repair via our website. If we are due to visit your property to carry out work, please don't be offended if we ask you to confirm that you're not at risk from coronavirus or if there is a vulnerable person in your household.
