Our building control team will help you successfully complete your development.

Their role is to advise on all building control matters, to ensure that building regulations, which impose minimum standards, are followed, and buildings are designed to safeguard the health and safety of users. They have direct access to professional advice on planning, highways and drainage.

We advise anyone thinking of making improvements to their property to contact us first. Once an application for building regulation approval has been made, our building control team will make sure contractors carry out work to the required standards.
