  • calorie burn: an aerobic-based studio class using dance and movement to achieve improvements in fitness
  • conditioning: an aerobic class using resistance equipment to focus on muscle tone and body sculpture. Some classes require an induction before attending
  • mind body: various relaxation and mat-based routines are used to improve posture, flexibility and balance
  • water aerobics: low impact aerobic-based classes
  • kids: classes for the younger generation
