Our annual Delivery Plan tracks our performance against our objectives.
Each service produces Service Improvement Plans that are managed via Performance Clinics (including all members of CMT).
Service plans are set on a two-yearly basis in line with our financial planning. They interpret corporate plan priorities into local service delivery. They set out the priorities and targets for each service.
