If you are applying for guest permits only please complete the form below and provide proof of residency from the list below:
We are only obliged to give one year on guest permits expiry date. For example if you buy them in 2020 the expiry date would be 2021 as a minimum. Once your guest permits expire they cannot be used beyond the dates printed and are no longer valid.
A copy of your current council tax statement
A copy of your driving licence showing the address you are applying for and email this to parkingservices@harrogate.gov.uk.
A 50% reduction in the cost is available if proof is provided that:
- you are aged 60 years or over
- you are registered disabled or in receipt of Income Support or Job Seekers Allowance
