A season ticket is a parking permit for council-run car parks or in some areas of Marlborough Road/Station Parade and Victoria Avenue in Harrogate.
Season tickets are not available for all car parks. Our guidance notes contain a full list of locations and prices.
Please use our online application to apply and pay for a season ticket. We'll post your permit within three working days and send electronic reminders so this will speed the application process and future renewals.
If you are applying for a permit for Victoria or Jubilee car parks, you'll receive a barrier pass within three working days. We'll contact you when it's ready for collection.
