Summer opening times
Tuesday to Sunday from 10am until 4pm. The last entry is 3.30pm.
Admission
Adult: £3.50
Child (5 - 16 years): £2
Disabled/senior citizen/student: £2.50
Family (2 adults and up to 3 children): £10
Season tickets for the Royal Pump Room Museum and Knaresborough Castle are available for adults, children and families. Prices range between £7 - £30 and allow you to visit as many times as you like for one year.
Access
There is level access throughout the museum. Automatic doors at the entrance. The information desk is fitted with a hearing induction loop.
Out of hours and appointment only access
We are open every day but close for two weeks in January for cleaning and refreshing of displays.
We welcome requests for appointment only access at any time, including evenings or weekends, but access is granted on a case by case basis. We accept enquiries by telephone on 01423 556188 or by email at museums@harrogate.gov.uk which we then follow up individually.
